A body of a two year old child was found at 8pm NZ time last night, in a storm water drain at the rear of Aisling Symes' late grandparents home.. The body has not been formally identified as yet.

The confusing thing is this drain has been checked out at least twice during the week she was missing. Are we embarking on another story here? How did the child get into the manhole in the first place?

Lunch time news here during the last few minutes speaks about the missing toddler, Aisling. Perhaps she has been formally identified. I will post the full account of the latest development when they are released.

The parents of Aisling still do not have full closure.
