A Sportsman's Paradise!

This past weekend I visited what had to be the most awesome STORE I have ever been to in my life! In a bit of irony this store helped me to understand my wife and women in general a little better! I went to the Sportsmans Warehouse. A massive store that draws mainly men like an outhouse draws flies.

I would guess it was at least 20,000 square feet if not more of sporting good heaven! Now don't get me wrong I don't care for shopping. However I came to realize instantly how women can window shop and walk around clothing stores for hours on end because thats exactly what I did. I was perfectly content to look at things while time just flew by.

Actually I was so engrossed with the fishing,hunting and backpacking equipment I ignored my groaling stomach. Unfortunately the rest of the group could not, so we had to leave to grab a bite to eat.

After our meal me and a couple of my friends dropped off the women folk and returned to our new found treasure trove!
After spending entirely too much time and maybe even too much money we left with a feeling of needing to go back. Similiar to the feeling we have when leaving our favorite lake or backpacking trail. I guess thats part of the marketing. Its truly an amazing store with quality products. If you ever get a chance stop by one. You'll be glad you did.
