And Sometimes, It's All Worth It

Yesterday was a long day. Professionally, personally, it was a long day.

This morning I found this in my email:

". . . wanted to thank you for what you said to my mom. She's ready to fight and I really think she'll make it."

This all started with a 5 minute conversation in the check-out line at Kroger. I'd never met these people before and they only knew how to get ahold of me because I wrote a doctor's name and number on the back on one of my business cards.

So. . . do me a favor and drop a line to someone today just to say "I appreciate you." OK?
