A nosebleed can sometimes look very scary but one needs to stay calm.Most nosebleeds look much worse than they really are.Almost all nosebleeds can be be treated at home.

1)If you get a nosebleed,sit down and lean slightly forward.Keeping your head above your heart will make your nose bleed less.Lean forward,so that the blood drains out of your nose,instead of draining down the back of your throat.If you lean back,you may swallow the blood.This can cause nausea,vomiting and diarrhoea.

I was so pleased to see the New York Giants take the win at Super Bowl Fourty Two. Awesome to see the Manning brothers win back to back championships. What an exciting finish it was as well. Eli was able to rally his troops and connect on a 3rd down with 11 yards to go to reciever Steve Smith for 12 yards and the first down. Manning then was able to connect to Plaxico Burress on a 13 yard touchdown to give the Giants the lead at 17-14. The Giants defense then tied Brady up for the remainding 25 seconds and two play attempts.
