Getting a bird at the feeder in a photo takes some doing. They always get scared off by a flash popping or digital camera noises. But I caught this little fellow with the goods in his beak. If you look closely, you'll see him working on a seed.

Cats are independent creatures. Not wanting to obey commands, a cat will flip over or run off when all you want to do is snap a great picture. After several tries to get an unusual head shot of my sister's cat, I finally captured "Patches" in this digital photo taken out on the deck. What do you think? Is she happy for my attention or preturbed with my bothering?
