Ans. Job analysis is a formal and detailed study of jobs. It refers to a scientific and systematic analysis of a job in order to obtain all pertinent facts about the job. Job analysis is defined as “the process of determining by observation and study the tasks, which comprise the job, the methods and equipment, used, and the skills and attitudes required for successful performance of job.”

How many ways can you take a picture of a flower? Seems like top down or full view have been done a million times. But what about just half the flower? What about a side view of only half a flower? That's what happened with this "Orange Half Flower" shot. I took a macro sideways shot of only half the flower in early afternoon sun.
