Are you watching the Winter Olympics in Vancouver? I've always enjoyed the Winter Olympics. There has been plenty of interesting action so far this time.
Would you believe that only 12% of the $900 billion spending package might help the economy?
But you will find significant funding for Government controlled health care, 'including $600 million to prepare the country for Universal Health Care'
So, what does economic stimulus mean to you? I always thought that it was a financial maneuver to inject money into the economy and thereby cause other good (and significant) things to happen. Much as we think of a person investing their money, they intend to get back more than their original investment.
Today I have decided that I am qualified to be the next governor of California. I read an ABC news article about California holding on to people's tax refunds so the government can pay the bills. Would that make you nervous?
and slaps them in the face. As obama tries to draw on his community organizer skills and unite the world in peace, his words slam at the heart of the Muslim faith. The teaching and doctrine of the Muslim faith has much to say about the infidels; primarily that the infidels are the enemy.
The black president is now making noise that it is time to talk to Iran. In his campaign he promised that he would do this with no pre-conditions. I suppose any country that puts a community organizer in the top position deserves to take the medicine that comes their way.
In her book, Jill Price gives a description of the journals that she kept. She took this quite seriously and her personality called for a definite structure and order to the journal. The following is a direct quote from her book, starting on page 129.
If you have a cell phone that uses prepaid minutes (Net10, tracfone, etc.) you might find this interesting. This week I used an online site to purchase more minutes for my Net10 phone. The site is call PINZOO (pinzoo.com). What made this a good transaction:
The exceptional memory of Jill Price influenced and shaped her life and person in many ways. The ever-present stream of memories going through her mind gave her cause to be thinking about the past more than the future. This attachment to the past, including the many associated emotions, created in Jill a need to connect the flow of memories with as many significant physical objects as she could. Thus, she has no small collection of physical objects that she has collected and saved. Each of these objects is connected with an important memory. She did not, like most of us, need the objects as a reminder, but rather just for its physical-ness. This attachment of physical objects seems to add some stability to her mind and emotions.
Apparently it is a great day for American women because obama has used his mighty powers to "protect women's health and reproductive freedom." Just the kind of leader every country should have.
