Breaking The Sugar Habit:

We've been told sugar is bad for our body and creates havoc with our calorie count. Birng your body and mind back into a balanced relationship with sugar to maintain healthy weight, reduce your risk of illness, boost your energy and even lift your mood. You can have plenty of sweet fruits, whole grains, and milk all containing natural sugar. Cutting back on the added sugar in your diet (free sugar, cakes et al) will give you the physiological balance you need for long-term health. Also keep a sharp lookout for hidden sugar in your diet like in breakfast cereals, biscuits, fruit juice concentrate and maple syrup. Just allow naturally sweet flavours to come alive.
