Question: Dear Ascended Master. My brother is 43 years old and has never been married, although that has been his life’s goal. He badly wants to find a woman to love and settle down. However, his pattern is always the same. He meets a wonderful woman, falls “in love” but always falls “out of love” as soon as the euphoria phase of the relationship is over. What advice can you give my brother to help him find love, and to make that love a lasting love so he can finally settle down and start a family?

THE ASCENDED MASTER SAYS:

My advice to your brother is to declare an immediate oath of celibacy, and also swear off dating any women for the next 5 years. Your brother should also shave his head and wear simple clothes to help focus his energies. I suggest he only wear brown or dull green earth tones. I further suggest that your brother adopt a strict diet consisting primarily of brown rice and various green vegetables. For drink, he should take nothing other than warm water.

During his five years of celibacy, your brother should also refrain completely from any “self pleasuring” activity, if you know what I mean. He should turn his mind and body toward contemplating higher realms of existence. Your brother should also refrain from watching television, the Internet, cell phones and radio entertainments. He should go to no movies. He should also not read any books. He should go to his job every day, and come home. During his time off from work, he should spend his time with simple tasks, such as preparing simple meals, cleaning his house, and performing light exercises to keep his body in shape. He should bathe only once a week -- although he may lathe his feet twice weekly, if he feels the need.

After five years of this disciplined lifestyle, your brother can resume whatever lifestyle he chooses, including any and all activities he enjoyed before. He will then be ready to find deep and lasting love, and may even father children.
