Drunk father lets 11 year old son drive

A father in Alaska pleaded no contest to reckless endangerment after letting his 11 year old son drive his truck. Apparently the father was too intoxicated to drive so he thought it would be ok to let his son drive. Police stopped the boy after he was seen driving down the wrong way on a one way street.

Anyone one who is willing to endanger the life of a child like this does not deserve to be a father. Thank God no one was hurt during this ordeal. Anyway the father got 15 days in jail and was ordered to take a parenting class. Which is not much when you think about what could have happened.

Surprisingly the father was not order to attend alcohol anonymous class’s which is a shame because this man without question has alcohol abuse issues that need to be addressed.
