Fibre Feast:

Fibre is that one thing that helps you feeling full, is low on fat and keeps you healthy. But there's more to fibre than meets the eye....

1)Suffering from constipation? Then, up your fibre intake as it really boosts digestion.

2)Drinking water/fluid along with eating fibre helps move food through the digestive tract.

3)Low-fat fibre foods are quite filling as they have more bulk than simple low-fibre food. They can also help in delaying the onset of hunger.

4)Adding fibre to your diet helps regulate blood sugar levels, which is very important to avoid diabetes.

5)The best sources of fibre are whole grains, oatmeal, nuts, seeds and fruits like apples, pears and strawberries.

6)Fibre is known to prevent cancer.

7)To increase fibre in your diet, eat whole fruit instead of fruit juices and brown rice/bread and whole-grain products instead of white rice/bread and pasta.

is necessary - especially for those who have adopted a pretty much "fast food/junk diet" - as I've written before the best fast food is fruit and vegetables - with a myriad of benefits.

I think green leafy vegetables are rich in fibre or fiber like mustard, etc. and pineapple too.
