What can be more safe than choosing your own ingredients-fruits,herbs,veggies-and grinding them yourself? When you create your own face pack just like the food you've cooked, it is obviously healthier. Here are some tips...
1) FOR AN OILY SKIN: Grate a cucumber and apply the juice with a piece of cotton.
2) FOR FAIRER FACE: Cut a cucumber into small pieces. Pour boiling milk and let it cool. Soak cotton in this and apply on face and neck.
3) FOR DRY SKIN: Take a piece of cotton, soak it in water and squeeze it lightly. Drop about 6-8 drops of orange juice in it. Apply on face.
4) FOR LUSTROUS HAIR: Put a little vinegar in water while washing your hair.
5) TO AVOID DARK CIRCLES: Grate a potato, wrap it in a soft cloth and place on closed eyes. Let this remain for 30 minutes. Will help reduce dark circles if used regularly.
6) PREVENTING OILINESS: Grate an apple and apply the juice on the face. Sleep for 10-15 minutes, then wash it off with warm water.
7) FOR STRONG NAILS: Apply the juice of sour limes.
8) PREVENT DANDRUFF: Mix the juice of one sour lime with your regular hair oil and apply gently in your hair.
9) FOR CRACKED FEET: Wash feet with water in which sweet potatoes have been boiled. Your cracks will disappear.
