How much water do you drink a day? If your like most people you don't drink enough water. It's recommended you drink at least 64oz of water a day. On the days you exercise I recommend doubling that amount.
A easy way to make sure your getting enough water is to fill a jug with the amount of water your going to need that day 64oz on sedentary days and 128oz on active days and make sure you drink the entire amount before the day is done. I have been doing this for years and it takes the thinking out it:)
Yes you can drink coffee and soda but don't count these drinks in your daily amount because the caffeine in these drinks causes dehydration.
