you should be able to. I simply have a Word document with these things in and if I need to I cut and paste.

I can do anchor links, but thats my limit at present. Some sites dont accept anchor links,so I have to do just the URLS. But the paid advert blog sites demand anchor links.

but if you put them in in this format with an < at the beginning before the and finish with a>
it should work better.

and apart from some basic stuff, I'd rather not. I guess that is why I like blogs - though I know there are limitations if I don't know html.

URLs

I tried to click my URLs appearing here in my signature which appear clickable but accordingly they are all not valid. I tried to copy/paste one and the site opened. Perhaps the system here is not functioning appropriately, for me perhaps.
