I Would Have To Be Extremely Bored To Spend Time Like This.

Some people apparently have nothing better to do with their time than to spend it standing around in a container full of ice. At least that is how a man in New York spent 72 minutes yesterday in New York.

He says he is a tantric master, (whatever that is), and stood in a clear container of ice long enough to break his own endurance record, set 3 years ago.

The point of the whole thing seems to be to show that one can control the reactions of one's body through meditation, or perhaps that one is in desperate need of attention.

I guess, if you have nothing else to do, it might be worth a try, but my gut reaction is "thanks, but no thanks."

ice skill

maybe that's what i need. I could learn something from it. I was introduced to ice-fishing lately and I kinda enjoy except the cold. you see, coming from a tropical country, this is my first winter and i need meditation to get used to the cold.

I will stick to having ice cubes in my soft drinks, Blazin, but

you are right about the meditation. Most of us could use a bit of meditation now and then.

I never thought about summer, Hutt, as winter has just begun

in our neck of the woods. Even in the summer, I could do without the ice cubes for my bath.

Definetely a waste of time in my book. Meditation however can be a good thing.
