A friend of mine told me he read this story in the Houston Chronicle on Sunday, April the 15th. If it was in the Chronicle, I believe it!

A gorilla escaped from the zoo in Washington D.C. The search took several hours, but the ape was found in the Library of Congress. On one side he had an open Bible on the other side he had opened a copy of Darwin's Origin of the Species.

When they asked the gorilla what he was doing, his reply was, "I am trying to determine if I am my brother's keeper, or my keeper's brother!"
