It is reported today that a man from Australia has died in a Thai hospital, after swallowing 8 condoms filled with hashish to smuggle the drugs.

Two or three of the condoms burst inside his stomach and he was rushed to hospital in Thailand, but died some days later from what could be septicaemia and liver failure.

Isn't it amazing to learn of the lengths that some people will go to, even risking their own lives, to make some extra money?

The thought of swallowing one condom with anything in it horrifies me, but so many!!!! Surely he must have known the risks of being caught and/or the risk to his own health!
