A New Zealand juror in a kidnapping trial received a note with a swastika emblem and the words 'not-guilty' on it. He reported the matter and was discharged from the jury.
They went ahead with the trial using just the other eleven jurors - and found the three accused men guilty as charged of kidnapping a Canadian tourist last year.
The police have arrested one man on a charge of attempting to pervert the course of justice, and are not ruling out any more arrests.
The intimidators obviously thought they would cause delays in the trial, but justice was served this time!

Yeah they are ...
a bit thick, and don't realise that a trial can continue with eleven jurors.

Some idiots at work?
you just wonder how these crims think they can keep getting away with it all the time. Glad that justice was served.
