So, what does economic stimulus mean to you? I always thought that it was a financial maneuver to inject money into the economy and thereby cause other good (and significant) things to happen. Much as we think of a person investing their money, they intend to get back more than their original investment.

Radio show host Glenn Beck has come up with a good idea. Instead of issuing rebate checks for the economic stimulus program, the government should issue debit cards. This approach has some valid benefits, including: making things happen quickly and creating a deadline for spending it.

The Feds have announced that as part of an economic stimulus we may be recieving a tax rebate this summer. Most likely there are various political agendas behind this along with an effort to stimiluate the economy. The tax rebate is supposed to be for those who made over 3,000 dollars and not more than 150,000. Should be anywhere from 300 to 1200 dollars.
