Hutt's post on the letter to Iranian authorities from a Persian woman reminded me of a blog that several years ago I was able to read on a regular basis.

The shoe throwing incident in Iraq where the throwing of the shoe at someone is symbolic to the Iraqi people and to them it is quite an insult, and in the US it is seen as a childish immature prank, is an example of the different cultures.

I was shocked too hear that terrorist and rogue states now have access to high resolution satellite photos once available only too superpowers.

Most of us have probably used Google Earth at least once. I know I have used it too locate my house. However apparently terrorists have found ways too exploit this technology.

The U.S. military was sent to Iraq by both parties of Congress following 9/11. After our troops were digging in and paying the price in a difficult war, the democrats wanted to quit and come home. With no thought of what such a surrender would mean to our troops, Iraq and Al-Queada, the democrats acted as enemies of the U.S. military and continued to threaten to cut off their support. Meet the democrats. They care only about the political agenda of the liberal left.

Andrea Mitchell is the Chief Foreign Affairs Correspondent for NBC News and she is along on the Obama Publicity Tour to Europe. She is a liberal as you would expect, but apparently it is possible for a 'reporter's pride and principles' to break out of that mold.

The United States Army apparently has instructed it’s snipers in Iraq hunting Insurgents to use bait such as detonation cord, rifles, explosives exc. and then to shoot and kill whoever picks up the bait.
