Yesterday I had a very sweet prayer request. A young family that is very close to us, my daughter’s best friends, has two little boys, four and thirteen months. The for year old calls me by a term of endearment that is part of his Chinese heritage, told me as I greeted him that he is growing peas in his back yard. I told hem that when his peas are grown I will come help him pick them and show him how to shell them if he will let me eat some. He agreed.

I've been nurturing two Mint plants - and they are doing well. I did have mint growing well in a garden bed, but with the drought and restrictions on watering gardens I noticed that my mint plants had deteriorated and I had to do something to save them.
