I don't know the author of this little poem, or i would give credit to him or her. I plan to use it on Sunday on a lesson frm James 3:1-12, Bridling the Tongue. I thought you might enjoy it too.

As a keen writer, I found this story fascinating. I learned that there was a scenic spot called the Orchid Pavilion, which fame dates back to the year 353. It seems that 42 gentlemen friends were at this place, sitting around considering writing.

Whisper in my ear
Your words take away my fear
Always stay with me here
Because you're my angel
You'll never leave my side
Come join my life's ride
Together we'll run and hide, we'll leave it all behind

If you've ever looked into Brandi's eyes
Then you've had life's greatest prize
Life can sometimes make your clouds gray
But Brandi's eyes will take your pain away

Brandi's eyes are like two stones of jade

Since I was blind sided by your train wreck,
I spent a long time thinkin' and cryin" and tryin' to see my way through this.

It started with lovin', devotion and trustin', and now the pain that I feel inside is the cruelest.

I dreamed I was an eagle
on top of the mountain high,
below me laid the land,
and above me hung the sky.

The world spun around me in
a collage of greens, browns and blues,
it was all just waiting there,

"Isn't There?"

Isn't there a Super Hero,
On the way to save the day?
Isn't there a Super Hero
whose gonna save me from my fate?

Isn't there a man with powers,
sensitive to what I'm going through?
