It is my belief that many Senior Homeowners should NOT refinance their homes if they are already having trouble paying their bills. Over the age of 62 years old, if they are homeowners in Wisconsin or Florida or any other state for that matter they should consult a Reverse Mortgage Specialist like myself first.

As soon as my father retired, he and my mother moved to Puerto Rico. One of the reasons they were in a rush to move was because my grandmother was very ill. She no longer was able to care for herself. My mother's sister was caring for her on her won. She desperately needed help. My grandmother suffers from Alzheimer's disease and would frequently forget where she was and who was caring for her.

I think Diana just took the lead in our race to see who hates people more. I was standing in line at Kroger tonight after work. I was buying some cantaloupes and stuff to make my famous taco salad tonight. The lady behind me asked me if I would mind scanning my card for the two things that she was buying because she left her bonus savings club card in the car. By the way, I really hate those freakin' cards. Why do we need them?? It's part of the New World Order - mark my words. That's why I don't put my real name or address or anything on the card application.
