Cutting the fat in your diet will help you lose weight. Often diets fail because we expect too much, too soon. Small changes you can make and stick to will have more lasting effects than drastic measures which last only a couple of weeks. And here's how you can do it....

Weight Loss Food

Citrus fruits like, oranges and limes contain high concentrations of Vitamin C (ascorbic acid). This Vitamin C has a fat burning quality. Vitamin C reduces the effectiveness of fat. It reduces its content and can liquefy or dilute fat. By diluting the fat, it makes it less effective, and easier to flush out of your system. Vitamin C also works on cholesterol deposits. By adding Citrus Fruits to your daily diet, you will greatly increase your metabolism, increase your ability to get rid of fat, and also control your cholesterol level.

Body-mass index or (BMI) measures body fatness by measuring weight relative to height.

To find your body-mass index divide your weight in pounds by your height in inches squared and multiply that number by 703

If man makes it don't eat it

My advice on dieting is avoid processed foods or in simpler words “if man makes it don’t eat it”. Obesity in the numbers we see today are unheard of historically and I believe it is from diets based around processed foods.

Personally I do 20 min. 3 times a week on the Stairmaster or recumbent bike at my home gym. I know a lot of bodybuilders who don’t do cardio because they say it cuts into your muscle gains.

How much water do you drink?

How much water do you drink a day? If your like most people you don't drink enough water. It's recommended you drink at least 64oz of water a day. On the days you exercise I recommend doubling that amount.
