The eyes are the most sensitive area of your face.Taking care of them should be of utmost importance. Here are a few steps to help you take care of your eyes:

Eyes

I read about 15 hours a day and mostly online and so I have problems with my eyes. I don't think I could try your suggestion now. What I do if my eyesight seems to be strained and already poor at seeing, I eat plenty of fresh carrots and even while still eating, I already feel the good effects to my eyes and so my only remedy as of now for my eyes are fresh carrots and I have been doing that for many years now.

Reading

I have to study every word (Greek) and find out the most appropriate equivalent word in English. Then I have to read and reread the translation. I have to see to it that the grammar is correct and so also with the spelling. Writing an ordinary work and publishing it is already difficult, all the more with translation, and the Word of God! The responsibility and accountability (to God!) is not simple. Then I have to participate in such as this to spread the news - the Word of God (preaching) and the availability of the translation (advertising). So many things to do really and everything involves reading. When I lay down to rest, I do much of the thinking. It's very hard. I did not aspire to do this but... I'm now in...

Thats really a good suggestion.

It is considered that Carrot is good for eyes. But nowadays i hear that it is just a lie. Is that so?

I've read that carrots

are good for health, and good for eye health but will not help you see in the dark or improve eyesight.
