What do we want to achieve with our blog?

I think those of us who visit and post here regularly know that BlogEvolve is a very good site, despite the issue with an infrequent visit by the Blogmaster. The site is easy to use, and for the most part the folk here are friendly.

Comments - and how to use them to increase traffic to your own blog.

It is the easiest thing to do and all bloggers appreciate it - but not all do it. It is the simple act of commenting on other people's blogs - and responding to those comments on your own blog.

A plug for ProBlogger

I am looking at increasing my income through my blogging, so being a little more interested than usual in what other successful bloggers are doing. Easy way to add links to your post.

I believe that we have some good features here at BE, that not everyone knows about, or if they do they don't use them all.

When you are typing your post, at the top of the box under the heading Body, you will see some icons. I don't use them all, but I do use the I for italics sometimes the B for bold and the icon for links - the blue ball. Hover over it with your cursor and you will see it says link(1).

I appreciate the payment and often consider working harder at earning more money. My only income stream (from blogging) is via Adsense, and these days a few cents in Photrade.

What is important in a community blogsite?

This site has some great supporters but from time we (the regulars) have issues with folk who post here - and post numerous items. Sploggers. Often these folk are also plagerists. They steal others articles and don't give credit to the person who originally wrote the article.

The United States policy when dealing with Cuban exiles

When dealing with Cuban exiles the United States has a policy often called the “wet foot” “dry foot” and more recently a new category called “dusty foot”. Let me explain what this means
