Thailand is a tropical country and is very beautiful. The beaches are world class and the jungle is an untamed wilderness.

Thailand is a Kingdom. A big Kingdom in fact nearly 200,000 sq miles. Thailand borders Laos, Cambodia and Myanmar.

I am currently trying to re orientate myself back into home territory after four months working in China, a week's holiday in Shanghai and another week's holiday in Singapore and the flight home. My body clock is awry and I'm having trouble sleeping despite my fatigue - but any traveller will understand how it is.

An albino Killer Whale has finally been photographed in the Alaska's Aleutian Islands. For a while now people have been coming forward with reports of this albino Killer Whale in the region however no one has ever photographed it. After examining the photo Scientists are having doubts that the Killer Whale is actually a true Albino because you can see some skin pigments. Which actually is good news for the Killer Whale because albino animals usually have many health problems.

What a night! What a day! My travelling companions and I left Brisbane at 11.45 pm - for the almost 8 hour flight to Singapore, and arrived, somewhat fatigued (who can sleep sitting upright in a plane?) and arrived in the wee hours of the morning.

Michigan is about to open up it’s first high occupancy vehicle lane. The purpose of high occupancy vehicle lanes is too encourage motorist too car pool. Michigan’s first high occupancy lane will only be along a 5 mile stretch of Michigan Avenue in the Detroit Central Business District. A vehicle must have at least two occupants too use the high occupancy lane.

The decision to bring a pet into your home for you and your family should not be taken lightly. A pet will become a member of your family and not just a fixture in your home. Pets are not meant to come and go, but to remain as part of your home for years to come. Unfortunately for some, pets are disposable items that will be moved if they are an inconvenience. This should be avoided since unstable homes can make unstable pets.

A will is an important document as it clearly states where you want all of your assets to go after you die. And if you have young children, you decide who cares for them.

When you have a will the processing of your estate (assets) will be quicker and cheaper. The State doesn't decide...you do.

Oil hit $100 dollars a barrel for the first time January 2 2008 then backed off slightly to end the trading day at $99.62 dollars. Prices at the gas pump and home heating oil prices are both expected to increase.

There is a huge shortage of Nurses in Western Australia. The number quoted in The Western Magazine is 1070. This means that nurses are working extra shifts, double shifts, and often unable to have leave approved at times when we need it. It also means that a lot of hospitals have vacancies. I love my work, and to avoid becoming over worked, I decided that a change was necessary.

I am enjoying the freedom my new working life has taken. I am no longer obliged to work set days a week endlessly, or having to apply for and sometimes be denied time off for special occasions. The Agency I work for offer me contracts to fit in with times that I am available to work, and we go from there.
