The Cover

THE COVER

When I see the light
I remember that on the first day God created light
When I see the clouds
I remember that clouds protected the Israelites
When I see the yellow-orange color
I remember the fire that guided the Israelites at night

When I see the lightning
That reminds me when God gave His commandments
God spoke amidst thunder and lightning
That trembled the mountains and frightened them
So they petitioned God to talk thru Mouses
When I see the darkness
I remember the blackness in Egypt for three days
But there was light to God's people for all to distinguish
Egyptians from the Israelites - the chosen of God

The winds divided the Red Sea and dried the bottom
To allow the Israelites to pass on dry land
Then released the waters to drown the Egyptians
The cover of GENESIS & EXODUS (Greek to English)
Reminds us of God's might and wonderful deeds
The cover alone attracts and teaches.

This refers to the cover of the book entitled GENESIS & EXODUS (Greek to English).
