The world's fattest man after another record...

Mexican Manual Uribe - once the fattest and heaviest man in the world at 560 kg and the holder of the Guiness Book of records for obesity.

He is now down to 325kg, the size of three men and wants to hold a different record - for the person who has lost the most weight - so far down by 235 kg since March 2006.

It is interesting to see how the body distributes all that excess fat. I wonder if those legs were / are able to keep him mobile.

He has made the right decision to go for the greatest weight loss. Even if he does not get the record, he will be a winner.
